Call us for a consultation. We will help you determine whether In-Lab Recovery is the best option for you.
Pay an evaluation fee* of US$99 (plus tax) for economy and standard, or US$149 (plus tax) for priority service levels. This pre-collected fee is non-refundable and will be credited to your recovery service invoice when you accept the recovery service quotation.
* The evaluation fee is only applicable to customers in North America.
Send your drive to our lab (shipping is included in select areas) for us to examine the drive and provide a fixed cost estimate for data recovery.
We will send an evaluation report, detailing your failure issues and provide you with an estimate for data recovery. When you accept the quotation, we apply the pre-collected evaluation fee* to the total cost of the data recovery service.

It is easy to check your case status through our online Customer Portal, or you can contact one of our Customer Service representatives if you have questions about your case or the data recovery process.
Once you have accepted the quotation and your data is successfully recovered, we will apply the pre-collected evaluation fee amount to the total cost of the data recovery service at the time of final payment.
