Call us for a consultation. We’ll help you determine if In-Lab Recovery is the best option for you.
Pay an evaluation fee of $49 [plus tax] or $149 (plus tax) for priority service level. This pre-collected fee is non-refundable and will be credited to your recovery service invoice when you proceed with the recovery service.
Ship your drive to our lab (shipping is included in select areas) for us to examine the drive and provide a fixed cost estimate for data recovery.
We will send an evaluation report, detailing your failure issues and provide you with an estimate for data recovery. When you accept the quote, we apply the pre collected evaluation fee* to the total cost of the data recovery service.
* The evaluation fee is only applicable to customers in North America.

Once you’ve accepted the quote and your data is successfully recovered, we’ll apply the pre collected evaluation fee amount to the total cost of the data recovery service at the time of final payment.
