Question

I forgot the password to the secured partition. What should I do?

Answer

You will not be able to access all data stored in your secured partition if you have forgotten the password. Likewise anybody who stole or found your Pocket Hard Drive will not be able to access the data without the correct password too. However the disc space used by the secured partition can still be freed up for use by selecting the Restore to Factory Defaults in the Tools section. Toolkit will erase all the secured data in your secured partition and restore it to a single public FAT32 formatted partition.
