Windows 7/Vista Driver for BlackArmor NAS Products

This is the driver Windows 7/Vista calls for during detection and will allow the BlackArmor NAS to be detected properly in Windows Device Manager.

This is the driver Windows 7/Vista calls for during detection and will allow the BlackArmor NAS to be detected properly in Windows Device Manager. Without this driver the BlackArmor NAS will display in Device Manager under "Other Devices" and will show up in the Control Panel – Devices and Printers with an exclamation mark. After installing the driver the BlackArmor NAS should show up in Device Manager under "Disk Drives".

Instructions

  • Step 1

    Right click on your desktop and create a new folder. Give it a name you will easily remember. Download RallyDriver.zip and unzip the file. Extract the contents of that .zip file into the folder you just created.

  • Step 2

    Right click on Computer and select Manage. Open the Device Manager. In the Device Manager under "Other Devices", right-click on BlackArmor NAS and choose Update Driver.

  • Step 3

    Select Browse my computer for driver software. Then browse to the folder you just created. Choose the Windows 7 or Vista folder and select the 64- or 32-bit folder. Click Next.

  • Step 4

    When the"Windows can’t verify the publisher of this driver software" message displays, click "Install this driver software anyway".

  • DOWNLOAD
    Step 5

    The driver will load. Now the BlackArmor NAS will show properly in Device Manager under Disk Drives.
