You need to update the operating system to support 48-bit LBA. Choose your operating system from the list below.

• Windows XP
• Windows 2000
• Windows Me
• Windows 98
• Windows 95 / DOS – There is no 137 GByte support through standard options.

To repair this capacity limitation you will need to follow the operating system instructions above and follow one of the options below:

• Confirm your motherboard BIOS supports 48-bit LBA addressing (drives larger than 137 GB). A BIOS upgrade may be required.
• Purchase a 3rd party controller card.
• Apply a DDO using DiscWizard Starter Edition.
