Overview:
The Maxtor Serial ATA/150 Adapter Card needs drivers for all Windows Operating Systems. This latest release includes digitally signed drivers for Windows XP, 2000, and 2003 Server. This is an Advanced Utility and its use is recommended for Advanced Users only.

Instructions:

Step-by-step Procedures
NOTE: Seagate recommends that you use a new floppy diskette.

1. Download the Serial ATA/150 PCI Adapter Card Driver to your Windows computer.
2. Insert a formatted blank floppy diskette into drive A:
3. Locate the file and double-click on it.
4. The file will automatically prompt you to unzip and the default location is the A: floppy drive.
5. Follow all on-screen prompts.

Now you are ready to use your Maxtor Serial ATA/150 driver diskette. See the current Serial ATA/150 PCI Adapter Card Installation Guide for operating system assistance.
