Did you know the software is already contained on the drive?
OneTouch 4 drives come with the software pre-loaded on the drive, from the factory.

Windows Users:
To launch the software installation process, connect and power on the drive and click the Launch.exe file in the main folder on the OneTouch 4 drive.

Mac Users:
To launch the software installation process, connect and power on the drive, then double-click the OneTouch4 Drive icon on your desktop. It may take a minute for this icon to appear.
Once that window opens, double-click the OneTouch 4 Mini.dmg file to start the installation process.

If you have erased the software and need to obtain replacement software for your hard drive, contact Seagate Technical Support by email.

Important: Please include your drive serial number and your mailing address when contacting Technical Support. The software will be provided as a special download link in the response email to you.
