How to use the External Hard Drive Troubleshooter

To use the troubleshooter, begin by selecting the issue you are having from the navigation bar at the top or the list below.

Where applicable, there is a side navigation bar containing sub-categories. This allows you to drill down into the troubleshooter and focus on your specific issue without having to go through troubleshooting you do not require.
