Sameer Bhatia
Senior Regional Director, India, Middle East, Turkey and Africa
Sameer Bhatia is Seagate’s senior regional director for India, Middle East, Turkey and Africa or IMETA, a region rapidly developing as a hub for AI and digital transformation. In these markets, he is responsible for spearheading the company’s business strategy, driving growth and strengthening relationships with customers, channel partners and industry stakeholders.
He joined Seagate in 2015. Earlier leadership roles with the company included country head for India and the South Asian Association for Regional Cooperation and director for South Asia and Asia Pacific. He played a pivotal role in expanding Seagate’s footprint and distribution strategy across this region.
Sameer is a seasoned business leader with over two decades of experience in channel strategy, sales and market development across the data storage, mobile and telecom industries.
He holds a bachelor’s degree in commerce from the University of Delhi and an MBA from the Institute of Management Technology, Ghaziabad.
