At the point where the product is Analyzing partitions or Performing Backup after you start performing any operation with a hard disk drive using Seagate BlackArmor Backup, you might see an error message similar to the one below:

This is because Seagate BlackArmor Backup software cannot get access to the partition to perform operations. Please run Windows error-checking on the BlackArmor drive to try to correct the problem.
