- Offer made exclusively to customers of the Seagate Online Store purchasing products in the United States, Canada, Germany, or France.
- Customers who purchase $500 USD/CAN or more (in United States or Canada), or €500 or more (in Germany and France) of IronWolf®, IronWolf® Pro, and/or LaCie® hard-disk drive products within one single order are eligible to receive a promotion code for One Year of Acronis True Image Advanced with 250GB of Cloud Storage, redeemable through Acronis.
Eligibility, Terms, & Restrictions
- Offer Period: January 14, 2026 through March 30, 2026, or as indicated on the Seagate Online Store.
- Offer limited to customers purchasing $500 USD/CAN, or €500 or more of qualifying IronWolf ™, IronWolf Pro ™, and/or LaCie ™ hard disk drive products on the Seagate Online Store, exclusive of taxes or duties, in in the United States, Canada, Germany, and France (“Qualifying Purchase”) during the Offer Period.
- Qualifying Purchase amount is limited to the total cart value, exclusive of taxes or duties, of a single order on the Seagate Store.
- Specific products may be excluded from Qualifying Purchase for this promotion, at the sole discretion of Seagate.
- Acronis True Image Software One-year free subscription with 250GB of Cloud Storage (“Offer Benefit”) is provided by Acronis, Inc. or the applicable Acronis regional transaction entity. Customer must accept and comply with the Acronis terms and conditions to obtain and use the Offer Benefit from Acronis (All individuals participating must be at least 18 years old or the minimum age of majority required in their jurisdiction to form a binding contract.
- Redemption codes and/or license keys are limited to one-time use, non-transferable, and must be redeemed through Acronis as instructed in the promotional offer materials provided at time of purchase. Redemption window to be confirmed with Acronis. Territory and product availability are subject to Acronis terms and regional restrictions.
- Seagate will provide customer with promotion codes that are redeemable only on the Acronis website for the specific product listed at https://store.acronis.com/882/surl-h6RkdPggDn. Promotional codes are only available for use by the designated customer and not valid for any other individuals or entities.
- Limits: Supply is limited and subject to availability. Promotion codes have no cash value, are void where prohibited, and cannot be combined with other offers.
- Fulfillment and Support: Acronis provides fulfillment product & service support for the Offer Benefit. Seagate does not offer product, subscription, billing, or related support for any Acronis offerings.
- Changes: Seagate may modify or terminate the Offer at any time. Other restrictions may apply.
Redemption Procedure
- Customer makes Qualified Purchase of $500/€500 or more of eligible products on the Seagate Store.
- At checkout, customer will receive confirmation that they are eligible for Offer Benefit from Acronis.
- Upon acceptance and confirmation of order, customer will receive an email from Seagate containing a one-time use promotion code to obtain and initiate Offer Benefit from Acronis. Promotional code is valid for 60 days from the beginning of the current calendar month.
- Customer enters promotion code and clicks “Apply”.
- Customer completes personal information, including email, address, and payment information to complete the order.
- The designated email address will receive a license key from Acronis via email, and the key will be automatically registered under the user account.
- Offer Benefit is provisioned by Acronis.
Other Terms
Offer not transferable. Seagate reserves the right to modify or cancel the offer (or substitute incentives or benefits with items of similar value). If participant violates any of the offer terms, the offer will be invalid. Seagate may seek damages or other remedies against, any participant that or business entity compromises the integrity or the legitimate operation of this offer. By participating in the offer, participants consent to Seagate’s collection, use, and disclosure of personal information as required to administer the promotion, and as further described at https://www.seagate.com/legal/privacy/privacy-policy/. Except where prohibited by local law, by participating, each participant agrees that Seagate, Acronis, and their respective parents, affiliates, subsidiaries and advertising and promotion agencies and all of their respective officers, directors, employees, representatives and agents (collectively, “Released Parties”) will have no liability for, and shall be held harmless by participant against, any claims or liability for any losses, damages, or harm of any kind (including loss or value of data) resulting directly or indirectly from participation in this offer or the use of promotion benefits or incentives. All applicable laws and regulations apply. Void where prohibited. The governing laws stated in the Lyve Terms apply to this offer. Sponsor is Seagate Technology LLC.
