GoFlex TV - remote control

Usage information for all buttons on the GoFlex TV remote control.

Is there a universal remote code for the GoFlex TV?
No.  Universal remote codes are provided by the remote controller vendor.

Are there any other remotes that I can use with the GoFlex TV?

  • iPhone remote app (see Document ID: 217751 for more information)
  • Logitech's Harmony remote
  • Most IR learning remotes

Yes. Most inexpensive infrared (IR) learning remotes can be programmed button-by-button to work with the product.  Any technical support would come from the remote control manufacturer.
Logitech's Harmony remotes are programmed to function with the FreeAgent Theater Plus, which uses the same remote control as the GoFlex TV, but at the time of writing this article, Harmony's website did not mention GoFlex TV. Therefore, use these instructions for the Harmony remote control and choose FreeAgent Theater Plus at the last step.
