The following provides the steps necessary for changing a DockStar password.
Note: You must be connected to the Internet to complete this process
- Launch your web browser (e.g., Internet Explorer, Firefox, Safari, etc.) and enter the following URL into the address field:
dockstar.pogoplug.com
This launches the My library page. - Click the Settings button. The Settings page opens.
- Click the Change password button. This transports you to the Pogoplug website’s "Create a new password" page.
- Create and confirm a new password for your DockStar.
- Click OK. Your DockStar’s My library webpage opens. The password has been changed.
