The Seagate Chinese Community encourages understanding of Chinese heritage and culture. We engage in networking, educational experiences, and community outreach to promote Chinese cultures and customs.

Ringing in the Lunar New Year is such an exciting way to honor our culture. Employees in the US learned Chinese paper-cutting and brush-style calligraphy.
Our community loves to work as a team to achieve goals, including social activities outside the office.
We offer a yearly Mandarin language class—taught by employees, for employees—with a focus on pronunciation and common words and phrases.
The Chinese Community is excited to expand our language education efforts further. Through demonstrated success in recent years, hosting the program virtually allows us to engage with more employees and build greater cultural inclusion. We are focused on creating an energizing space to be better global colleagues and celebrate Chinese culture.
