While attempting to access the share of the BlackArmor NAS through the IP, when connected to Active Directory domains using Windows Server 2008 R2 or Windows is 2012, you may see the following error: "No process at the other end of pipe".
To resolve this error, please access the BlackArmor NAS via the host name and not the IP address.
