Prevention
Enjoy a seamless, superior NAS experience as IronWolf Health Management continuously monitors operating conditions including temperature, shock, vibration, intermittent connections, and signal integrity, and suggests preventive actions to help secure your data and keep your NAS running at peak performance.
Intervention
IHM uses adaptive algorithms to analyze critical drive and health parameters for data transfer, performance, readability, writability, and overall reliability—recommending backup before catastrophic data loss.
Recovery
All IronWolf drives include three years of complimentary in-house Rescue Data Recovery Services—providing an industry-leading 95% data recovery success rate in the event of accidental data corruption or drive damage.

Actualización de Firmware en las instalaciones

Reparación avanzada de bloques defectuosos

IHM realiza pruebas autónomas de datos (DST, por sus siglas en inglés) a través de Seagate Clean para reparar de forma automática los bloques defectuosos.

No pierda de vista su carga operativa

IronWolf Health Management le permite mantenerse al tanto de su carga operativa4 en un sistema NAS compatible. Mediante la representación gráfica de la carga operativa, podrá ver el tráfico de datos con su NAS día tras día, lo cual le brindará la tranquilidad de saber que las unidades IronWolf y IronWolf Pro integradas son lo suficientemente fuertes para entornos que operan las 24 horas.

Code 100 Notification

Abnormally high operating temperature has been detected. Please ensure rear ventilation ports are not blocked and try to lower the ambient temperature.
Code 101 Notification

Connection issue on your NAS and hard drive interface has been detected. Please make sure the hard drive is properly installed in the chassis or drive tray, and that the tray is properly installed in your NAS. If the issue persists, please contact the NAS support team.
Code 102 Notification

Excessive physical shock to the hard drive has been detected. Please ensure your hard drive and NAS are placed on a stable surface. If the issue persists, please contact the NAS support team.
Code 105 Notification

Excessive vibration has been detected. Please ensure your NAS is placed on a stable surface. If the issue persists, please contact the NAS support team.
Code 106 Notification

Excessive host resets have been detected. Please ensure the hard drive is properly installed in the chassis or drive tray and perform a power cycle. If the issue persists, please contact the NAS support team.
Code > 200 Warning

IHM has spotted some errors and a full SMART scan has been automatically triggered for your convenience. If the scan fails, please contact Seagate Customer Care.
