You may notice that the GoFlex TV does not generate thumbnails for videos and album art in its menus. This is because the thumbnail view is displaying the standard blue icon rather than an image associated with the video or music file.
To overcome this, follow this procedure:

For Video Files: Make sure the thumbnail image name is the same as the video file name or DVD folder name.

For Music Albums: Put the album thumbnail image into the folder containing the album music files.
You will need to connect the hard drive to your computer, not the GoFlex TV, to change file names and move files around into different folders.
