Seagate Announces Toll Free Telephone Customer Support For End Users In Hong Kong

Seagate Technology (NYSE:STX), the world's leading hard disc drive supplier, today announced a toll free telephone customer support line is now available for end user customers in Hong Kong. Supporting Cantonese, Mandarin and English languages, the toll free number is: 00.800.0830.1730. This toll free number accesses the Seagate Customer Service Center in Beijing, China, which can also be reached via email at: seagate.support@teleservices.com.cn. Support services will be available during business hours: 8.30am to 5.30pm Monday through Friday, excluding Chinese public holidays.

The new customer support line will provide technical help as well as instant guidance on matters pertaining to hard drives including product features and benefits, specific configurations, serial connectivity, etc. In addition, diagnostic services for trouble-shooting, data retrieval, and software / hardware compatibility will be available.

Seagate channel partners and distributors across the country can also utilize the new support line to gain assistance in addressing their storage customers' needs relative to Seagate disc drive products.
