Seagate CEO Steve Luczo Joins NYSE Advisory Committee

Seagate Technology (NYSE:STX) today announced that chairman and CEO Steve Luczo, has accepted an invitation from the New York Stock Exchange to join its Listed Companies Advisory Committee.

The NYSE Listed Companies Advisory Committee serves an important and trusted role for the Exchange, advising and making recommendations to the NYSE on policy-related issues, including corporate governance, listing standards and other matters related to the exchange, listed companies, and the U.S. capital markets.
