Seagate Expands Existing Distribution Relationship With Esys

SCOTTS VALLEY, Calif. - Seagate Technology (NYSE:STX), the world's leading hard disc drive manufacturer, today announced that it has appointed eSys Distribution as an authorized distributor for its desktop and notebook disc drive products in the US, Canada and Latin America. eSys Distribution is a leading specialized IT component distributor. Based in Singapore, eSys covers markets in Europe, Asia, Australia and the Americas through a network of direct subsidiaries and logistics hubs in 25 countries.

The new distribution agreement reflects Seagate's commitment to delivering innovative, high-quality storage products for resellers and system builder partners in the Americas. The agreement is an extension of the companies' successful distribution relationship in the Asia and Europe regions. eSys covers the American market with sales and warehouse locations in Los Angeles, New Jersey, Toronto and Miami.
