Seagate Call Centre will act as pre- and post-sales technical help desk for end users seeking solutions for their individual storage needs. Customers will be able to get instant guidance on matters pertaining to hard drives for a specific configuration, serial connectivity, features, etc. The post-sales technical support will double as a diagnostic services for trouble-shooting, data retrieval, software / hardware compatibility and other questions. The Call Centre will be an additional support to all Seagate channel partners and distributors across the country in dealing with the end customers in their pre- and post-sales stages.

Seagate Call Centre comes in the wake of yet another customer oriented initiative as Seagate launched individual country websites in Asia Pacific to provide information in more local languages bringing Seagate closer to its wide ranging Asian customers and their unique perspectives. The country websites help to ease language barriers and bring the Company even closer to its customers around the globe.
