Bringing more than 20 years of legal experience to this position, Hudson joins Seagate from the San Francisco office of Gibson, Dunn & Crutcher LLP where he was a partner. From 1984 until 1997, Hudson was a partner with Brobeck, Phelger & Harrison, LLP in San Francisco. Prior to beginning the private practice of law in 1978, Hudson served as a law clerk to the Honorable Thomas C. Platt in the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of New York. He is a graduate of the Columbia University School of Law, and he received his Bachelor of Arts degree from Princeton University.
