Eassa joined Seagate as vice president of operations for RMO through the merger with Conner Peripherals in 1996. Prior to that, he spent five years with Conner Peripherals in various management positions including vice president of operations for the Conner Disk Division and director of Equipment Engineering. Eassa's career also includes six years with Domain Technology and three years with IBM.
Eassa holds a bachelor of technology and mechanical engineering from the Rochester Institute of Technology.
