The system builders ranked the vendors in areas such as product quality, reliability, compatibility, salability, profitability, and availability, vendor responsiveness, and marketing, sales and technical support. Seagate Barracuda disc drives for desktop PCs and Momentus disc drives for notebook computers are channel favorites in Canada and around the globe and popular products sold by system builders who participate in the Seagate Partner Program (SPP).
The program is designed to provide system builders and resellers with new channel programs and tools to grow market share, increase profits, and accelerate their time to market. SPP focuses on providing national, regional and local whitebox and whitebook system builders with the technical expertise and marketing resources needed to deliver Seagate storage to a broader range of customers. More information about SPP is available at http://spp.seagate.com.
