Jim Lee
Executive Vice President, Chief Legal Officer, and Corporate Secretary
Jim Lee oversees all legal operations, government relations, and public policy at Seagate. Before joining our company, Lee served as corporate secretary, general attorney, and senior vice president for Maxar Technologies. In his five years at the space technology corporation, he played a key role in advancing strategic agreements, and enhancing the compliance and legal departments. He worked for Aramark Corporation for nearly 15 years before joining Maxar. He received a B.A. in economics from Yale University and a J.D. from Harvard Law School.
