BlackArmor Discovery Software (WIN)

The BlackArmor Discovery Software, when installed, will locate (discover) Seagate NAS devices on your current local area network (LAN) segment.

NOTE: This is only the Discovery application found on the Seagate BlackArmor CD. If you require the entire CD image file, see the BlackArmor CD ISO download page. Note that this discovery package is NOT on the CD ISO.

Instructions

  • Step 1

    Download and extract BlackArmor Discovery.zip to your Windows PC. The BlackArmor_Discovery_Windows folder is created.

  • Step 2

    Browse to and open the BlackArmor_Discovery_Windows folder.

  • Step 3

    Double-click on the BlackArmor Discovery (it may display as BlackArmor Discovery.exe). Follow the onscreen prompts to install the software.

  • DOWNLOAD
    Step 4

    To locate Seagate NAS devices, double-click on the BlackArmor Discovery icon found on the desktop. The BlackArmor Discovery application opens discovering all Seagate NAS devices on your network segment.
