In FY2022, Seagate helped found the Circular Drive Initiative (CDI)—a collaboration with global leaders in digital storage, sustainability, and blockchain which focuses on reducing e-waste by promoting and enabling the secure reuse of storage hardware.
Stop hard drive shredding. Shift to a mindset of sustainability. Despite modern state-of-the-art sanitization techniques, data security remains the biggest concern in adopting drive circularity.
