Diversity Education
To continuously create and sustain diversity, Seagate provides people with meaningful learning opportunities to increase awareness, perspectives and actions. The Seagate Diversity program comprises three major elements

  • Management training
  • Quarterly events for all U.S. employees
  • Business protocol knowledge (language, local customs, cultural norms) of the countries where Seagate operates
