Complete the MirraGuard Evaluation Request Form to initiate the MirraGuard Data Recovery process and make arrangements for shipping us your unit.

You must complete the required sections of the Request Form before you can submit it.

For Promotion Code and RMA Number, it is very important that you use the values provided in the RMA email you received from Mirra Customer Service.

Below are suggestions for some of the other important fields on the form. You might want to keep this window open so you can refer to it as you complete the form.

Seagate Data Recovery Services will use this information to communicate with you during the evaluation and recovery process.

Media Type and Circumstances of Failure

Promotion Code: Enter the code provided in your RMA email in order to cover the processing of your case under the terms of the MirraGuard Guarantee. After you’ve entered the code, click Validate.
Media Type: Select Server.
RMA number(s): Enter the RMA number provided in your RMA email.
Serial Number: Enter the Serial Number of your Mirra Personal Server.

Media Shipping

Select the Schaumburg, Illinois address for Seagate Data Recovery.

Evaluation Fee

The Confirmation and Shipping form indicates the package qualifies for UPS Free Shipping.
The normal credit card submission form does not appear since it is not required.

Terms and Conditions

We must have your acceptance of the Terms and Conditions before work can begin on your unit. Select I Agree and enter your name in the Approved By field.

After you've completed the form, click Submit to proceed to the next step and make arrangements for shipping your unit to Seagate Data Recovery Services.
