How to use the PATA Troubleshooter
To use the troubleshooter, begin by selecting the issue you are having from the top navigation bar. This navigation bar contains all of the topics covered in the troubleshooter.

The side navigation bar contains sub-categories where applicable. This allows you to drill down into the troubleshooter and focus on your specific issue without having to go through troubleshooting you do not require.
