Network Attached Storage Troubleshooter

The Network Attached Storage Troubleshooter is designed to assist you in troubleshooting common issues with your Seagate / Maxtor Network Attached Storage drive.

NOTE:The Network Attached Storage Troubleshooter currently illustrates troubleshooting information for Windows XP and Windows 2000. Although the troubleshooting and configuration information is applicable to Windows Vista, we will be adding a seperate Windows Vista section soon.

How to use the Network Attached Storage Troubleshooter

To use the troubleshooter, begin by selecting the issue you are having from the navigation bar at the top of the page. You will then be able to navigate through the troubleshooting steps with "Previous" and "Next" buttons in the troubleshooter.
