Jason Feist

As senior vice president, cloud marketing, Jason Feist is responsible for Seagate’s global strategy at the intersection of cloud infrastructure, AI and sustainable data solutions. He and his team work closely with the world’s brightest minds in data centers, cloud service deployment and ecosystem innovation to scale their operations — and profitability — with confidence as data volumes continue to soar.  

Jason's perspectives on innovation, AI impact and hyperscale cloud architecture benefit from a rare blend of technical expertise and strategic vision. He is also a strong advocate for sustainability in the tech sector where rare earth stewardship is critical to the future of our planet. 

Previously at Seagate, he held leadership roles in hardware engineering, Office of the CTO and market strategy.  

Jason has secured seven patents and has nine others pending — evidence of the many complex technical solutions he has implemented in hardware, software and systems. He holds degrees in electrical engineering from the University of Minnesota.
