In order to exercise a warranty claim, please contact the authorised distributor or reseller you purchased Product from. To exercise your warranty claim within a jurisdiction/region, ensure you purchase Products from an Authorised Distributor within the same jurisdiction/region. See our list of authorized distributors and resellers at seagate.com/where-to-buy/. If you have purchased Product from an authorised distributor or reseller outside of your jurisdiction/region, you need to exercise a warranty claim with them directly.
