Seagate BlackArmor Backup does not support dynamic disks or disks with GUID partition tables (GPT).
If there are dynamic or GPT disks on your machine, Seagate BlackArmor Backup will not detect them in Windows or from Seagate BlackArmor Bootable Media.
You can always convert a GPT disk to an MBR disk that is supported by Seagate BlackArmor Backup. See Microsoft TechNet article: Change a GUID partition table disk into a master boot record disk.
