We are unable to edit or cancel your order once it has been placed. Once an order is confirmed, it immediately enters our processing system to ensure timely shipping and delivery. Please review your order details carefully before completing your purchase.
After you place an order, you will be able to track the status of the order from the order details page. Here is a list of the different statuses you may see:
This is expected. ESW is Seagate’s ecommerce authorised seller, so you will see one of these names on your credit card statement for any orders placed through the Seagate Store.

As indicated at checkout, ESW is the designated online reseller and merchant of record for Seagate's online store sales at https://store.seagate.com. Sales taxes associated with these transactions are not collected by Seagate but are collected by ESW as merchant of record.
ESW does not currently directly support orders from tax-exempt parties or organisations. Taxes will be calculated based on the shipping destination.

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for eligible items in their original condition. Refer to our Return Policy for more details.
We do offer product replacement for warranty issues through our Warranty & Replacements page beyond 30 days. For non-warranty related exchanges, please request a return for refund and place a new order.

Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking number via email. Use this to track your package's status.
Seagate uses third-party partners to handle the fulfilment and shipping of your order.
Depending on how your product was purchased, you may have the following options:
Return for Refund – Available for Seagate products purchased directly from the Seagate Store, within 30 days of delivery. The product can be returned for a refund to the original payment method.
Warranty Replacement – Available for all eligible Seagate products, including Seagate, Maxtor, and LaCie brands, in accordance with our warranty policy (https://www.seagate.com/support/warranty-and-replacements/return-policy/). A replacement product will be provided if the item is confirmed to be defective.
Important: Please choose your option carefully. Once a warranty replacement is selected and the product has been shipped back to our warehouse, the request cannot be changed to a refund.
