Maarten Guijt

Maarten Guijt is Seagate’s vice president for Europe, where he leads markets, strategic partnerships and channels across the entire product portfolio — from devices to systems and data center solutions.

Since assuming his current role in 2022, Maarten has delivered results in highly competitive markets, driving revenue growth across all segments, expanding Seagate’s e-commerce footprint in Europe and launching new storefronts in Germany and France.

Before joining Seagate, he held leadership roles in telco and IT companies in Europe and the U.S.

A graduate of the International Institute for Management Development in Lausanne and London Business School, Maarten is passionate about working with diverse, international teams and ambitious organizations. He is recognized as a thought leader in AI, sustainability and digital transformation, with published articles in leading industry outlets.
