The Ethics Helpline is confidential and available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, accessible from a computer, phone or mobile device. Your report may be submitted anonymously, local law permitting.

The Ethics Helpline is available to employees and external stakeholders — including suppliers, customers, and members of the community impacted by Seagate’s operations, as applicable.

Upholding our values and maintaining our integrity is everyone’s responsibility at Seagate. Speak up if you are aware of an illegal or unethical situation in the workplace. Speak to your supervisor, human resources representative, site security manager, regional compliance officer, or contact the Ethics Helpline, to report any of the following concerns:

• Any violation of the law, including theft or fraud

• Falsification of documents

• Insider trading

• Conflicts of interest 

• Violations of Seagate Code of Ethics

• Human rights, responsible sourcing, or environmental impacts related to Seagate’s operations or supply chain

Concerns related to countries not listed on the Ethics Helpline country list may still be submitted through the Ethics Helpline web option or QR code.
