From application to offer, here is what to expect as you explore opportunities and interview with Seagate.

While every role and team may vary, here is what you can generally expect as you move through our hiring process, from application to interview to final decision. We are excited to get to know you!

Once you apply, you will receive a confirmation email. Our recruiting team will review your experience alongside the needs of the role and hiring team. If your background is a strong match, a recruiter will be in touch about next steps.

Interview

Whether virtual or in person, interviews are designed to help us learn about you while giving you the opportunity to learn about Seagate.

This is a chance to get to know each other. You will meet with the hiring manager and, in many cases, members of the team to talk about your experience, how you think through challenges and what excites you about the opportunity. Just as importantly, you will have plenty of time to ask questions about the role, the team and life at Seagate.

Decision

After your interviews, the hiring team carefully reviews feedback and makes a thoughtful decision based on the needs of the role and team.

If you are selected, your recruiter will guide you through the offer and next steps. Every candidate will receive an update once a decision has been made. If you join Seagate, your manager and onboarding program will help you settle in, make connections and get off to a great start.
