Restricted Destinations and Parties

The following countries and regions are not currently eligible to receive Seagate products or services due to applicable trade restrictions:

• Belarus
• Crimea Region of Ukraine
• Cuba
• Donetsk People's Republic (DNR)
• Iran
• Luhansk People's Republic (LNR)
• North Korea
• Russia
• Syria

Seagate and its third-party service providers are prohibited from providing products, services, technical support, other assistance to, or processing returns from, any of the locations listed above.

Additionally, individuals or entities on the U.S. Government’s Consolidated Screening List (CSL) may be ineligible to receive Seagate products or services. For additional information regarding restricted parties, please refer to: https://www.trade.gov/data-visualization/csl-search.

Returned products associated with restricted destinations or parties may not be accepted and may be subject to disposal consistent with applicable legal and regulatory requirements.
