Joan Motsinger

Joan Motsinger is an accomplished development, operations, supply chain and business excellence leader with over 30 years of experience. She leads various general administrative functions for Seagate while also enabling enterprise-wide improvement and targeted transformation. She has a proven track record of understanding complex operational issues, and developing and implementing sustainable improvements spanning cost, product manufacturing, risk management and product security. Over the course of her career, Motsinger has developed strong relationships with key suppliers and manufacturers in the storage and electronics industries. Given its commitment to responsibility and sustainability, Seagate is a full member of the Responsible Business Alliance, and Motsinger is currently board of director's chair. She lives in Boulder with her husband and children enjoying the diverse local lifestyle.
