To reset your Cloudbox to factory conditions:
Press and hold the reset button, on the back of the drive, for 5 seconds and then let go. The LED will blink RED/BLUE for a few minutes. When it is solid blue the device has been reset to factory conditions. All of your data will be retained in the FAMILY share. For more details, please see this chapter in the Cloudbox User Manual.
