Partners are those that purchase Seagate products from Distributors or Sub-Distributors and then re-sell them either standalone or integrated with a Partner's solution.
They commonly need to return multiple drives at a time.
Partners must initiate all warranty claims from within Seagate's Partner Program (SPP). To do so, after logging into the SPP portal, visit the Support tab and click on the "CREATE" button under the "Drive Returns" section of the page.
