We are committed to reducing electronic waste and protecting the planet we all share. The Seagate ReStore Program makes it simple for you to give new life to your old drives — while earning rewards for doing the right thing.

How does it work?

Step 1
Fill out the form
Start your return by submitting a return form. You can return external and internal hard drives or SSDs from any manufacturer. For details on qualifying shipments, please see terms and conditions.
Step 2
Package your return
After submitting the form, you will receive an email with shipping instructions. Prepare your drive(s) by securely wiping your data before packaging. Follow the email instructions to create your free shipping label.
Step 3
Drop off your package
Take your package to a nearby UPS location.
Step 4
Receive your 15% discount
Processing takes about 5-7 business days. Check your email for your exclusive discount code. Exclusions apply. Please see terms and conditions.
