Seagate designed a limited number of Pride Drive HDD 2TBs to honor our LGBTQ+ community during Pride Month 2023. In recognition of this limited release, Out in Science, Technology, Engineering, and Mathematics, Inc., (oSTEM), a non-profit dedicated to LGBTQ+ individuals within the STEM community received a $20,000 donation from Seagate.
We are passionate about developing our work environment by hosting panels to build an inclusive and informed community geared towards managing identity and building inclusion at work.
We are proud to be recognized with the Equality 100 Award: Leader in LGBTQ+ Workplace Inclusion for the fifth consecutive year (2019-2023).
Seagate has created a toolkit to assist employees through a gender transition. The toolkit is designed to provide transitioning employees with resources throughout the entire process. Allowing, the greater Seagate community access to ally resources creates a more inclusive culture.
