How to find the Rugged XL serial number
The serial number on the LaCie Rugged XL drives can be difficult to locate. To find it, look at the side of the drive where the data and power connections are located. Carefully lift up the upper lip of orange rubber and look for a small sticker on the metal casing. This number is the drive's serial number.
