I have run the CloudBox Setup Wizard but the email confirmation never appears in my “Inbox”. What should I do?

It is possible that your email provider's Spam filter may not have recognized the CloudBox. Please check your Spam box for the CloudBox confirmation email. Following the initial install, the CloudBox will continue to send you important messages such as updates on the status of online backups. If you find that your provider is moving emails from the CloudBox to Spam, please adjust the settings.
