Error code: 10 - The Serial Number is invalid.
Verify the Serial Number on the camera license and re-enter it.
Error code: 11 - This means the serial number has already been activated for another device.
A license can only be used for one Seagate NAS device at a time. To use it on a different device than the one it was originally activated for, you will need to do a license transfer. If this is not possible, then you will need to have Seagate Support reset the license for you. If a Camera License Serial Number needs to be reset contact Technical Support here.
The License can be reset within 24 hours.

The Serial Number from the Camera License
The MAC Addresses of the Seagate NAS product
The MAC Addresses can be found on the label on the back of the NAS.
