The Women's Leadership Network (SWLN) fosters a community of women and allies within Seagate by providing networking, mentoring, and development opportunities to encourage personal and professional growth.

    Seagate locations around the globe celebrate International Women’s Day each year with networking events and educational opportunities.

    SWLN members encourage participation and promote engagement opportunities within their community.

    SWLN members work with the community and local schools by providing an opportunity for children to learn critical thinking and technical skills while participating in fun activities.

Awards and Recognition

Seagate Technology has been honored consecutively since 2019 by FairyGodBoss—an online community for women that offers career advice, job openings, and company reviews—based on data reported by employees at Seagate. Our company is proud of our efforts to create a positive work environment for women.

Year-Round Development and Networking

With eight SWLN chapters globally, there are ongoing opportunities to engage with the community. During the pandemic, many development, networking, and mentoring events shifted to virtual, providing an opportunity to collaborate across each of the chapters. The SWLN community continues to look for ways to increase membership of women and allies in the coming year.
